Dear Diane and Shaded Viewers,
I had the pleasure to attend the Christian Wijnants Fall/Winter runway show, a show with profound layering of prints, colours and fabrics. While the models were running down the runway, the audience were greeted by the use of bright colours, layered on top of each other, accompanied by different prints. The Belgian designer used an overall print of florals and paisley pattern for the dresses, trousers, skirts and tops. The looks were styled with long gloves crafted in the same prints as used for the garments, creating an extra addition to the overall looks of the collection. Christian Wijnants went for a soft and clean silhouette in a slightly oversized manner.
