After the Thom Browne show and before Acne….Hiroki Nakamura, Founder and designer behind the brand Visvim, offered a special treat, he flew in the most celebrated master sushi-sho chef, Keiji Nakazawa to prepare Edo period sushi for us. Keiji Nakazawa is the author of a book, “Sushi-ya no Ningen-ryoku” (The Man Power of a Sushi Restaurant). I have never experienced sushi of this quality it literally melted in your mouth. Bravo and thank you Hiroki Nakamura for such a treasure.
I don’t drink but for some reason I make an exception for sake and sparkling sake was another amazing experience….
When food is prepared with such love and attention the experience is pure heaven.
