Dear Shaded Viewers,

Castaneda presented Hybrarium, its SS 2027 collection, a wardrobe imagined for what the brand calls the “gentle non-conformist.” Inspired by hybrid creatures, the collection reflects a world where individuality becomes the common thread. Different identities, different references, different materials coexisting within the same universe.

Classic wardrobe staples were revisited through Castaneda’s unmistakable language. Tailoring met couture, millinery, handcrafted embellishment, and playful experimentation. Jackets, skirts, hoodies, dresses, and the brand’s signature headwear were layered with lace, mixed textiles, 3D elements, and unexpected details, creating silhouettes that felt both familiar and surreal.

The presentation unfolded inside an installation transformed into a field of green paper, accompanied by forest recordings, an a cappella version of Somewhere Only We Know, and Paganini’s La Campanella. It was an immersive environment where craftsmanship, fantasy, and fashion came together with sincerity, reminding us that clothes can still tell stories beyond trends.

Yours digitally,
Pedro
