The New York brand AREA was founded by designers Beckett Fogg and Piotrek Pansczczyk in 2014, since its beginnings as a cult brand it has garnered leading retailers around the planet. The fashion and accessories brand believes after the lockdown people want to dress up, be glamorous, positive and have fun. This season they launched their denim; vintage classics given the AREA treatment with encrusted details like heart cutouts and signature embellishments.
Their silhouettes merge ‘New Look’ with 80’s Brit-punk. Crisscross cardigans are made inluxe eco-cashmere.
Their film was shot atop a twenty-five-story midtown rooftop with an iconic cast of models and muses: Alek Wek, Precious Lee, Lindsey Wixson, Connie Flemming, Yumi Nu & Charlie Nishimura.
