FASHIONPHILOSOPHY FASHION WEEK POLAND SS/15 – ODIO i Jakub Pieczarkowski – Photos by ?ukasz Szel?g

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Entitled "THE III GORGONES", the collection presented by ODIO i Jakub Pieczarkowski was Fashion Week Poland's standout offering this season, whether it be in terms of innovation, aesthetics or styling. Featuring menswear and womenswear pieces -as well as accessories- the show managed to mix fine tailoring and wearable shapes with clubby influences and artistic prints, as well as intense colors, handcrafted effects and exclusive graphics. Pleats and draping were key, but the color palette kept the silhouette fresh, preventing the clothes from looking too proper. As the collection grew and evolved, embellishment became more and more prominent, from wild fringing on a striking dress to gold printing on sportswear-inspired t-shirts and pants, giving a precious feel to minimal styles. It was an accomplished and exciting proposal.

Best,

Philippe
