I have not seen Nicolas Andreas Taralis for a bit, not since the shows and we decided today to meet for a tea at one of my favorite Japanese tea salons, no green tea hot chocolate at this time of year. We had a nice time catching up and talking about the good month ahead for those of us born in the month of October. I cannot reveal yet all his good news but look forward to hearing about it here sometime before our birthdays.

I was not in Paris for Dutch Touch but I had already visited the work of Joline Jolink when she showed here last season with the Arnheim school. Here are a few images of her work, kind of 50’s inspired glam house wife looks modeled by Rianne ten Haken and photographed by Paul Berends.

This Friday La Cambre has their school fashion show and then the following weekend it will be Royal Academy at Antwerp’s turn. I heard through Mark Eley from Eley Kishimoto that there was a DP look a like as part of one of the Central Saint Martin’s school presentations. I get the feeling that I would not have loved it.

Take care, Diane
