Dear Shaded Viewers,

1199 (ONEONE NINENINE) presents its first runway show in Paris with HOMEWORK / GRADUATION, marking a new chapter for the label founded by a creative team whose story moves between Hong Kong and Paris. Shaped by internet culture, underground music, and a generation that grew up online, the brand has developed its own visual language without following the usual path of a young fashion house.

The collection reflected the same world that has defined 1199 since its beginning. Everyday objects, music, street culture, and subtle references appeared throughout the garments and accessories. Pieces that first circulated through artists, music videos, and online communities now entered the runway, bringing together years of gradual growth into a single presentation.

The title HOMEWORK / GRADUATION echoes two defining moments. Homework acknowledges the years spent building the project, while Graduation signals its arrival on a larger stage. The references to Daft Punk and Kanye West feel natural within a brand whose identity has always been shaped as much by music as by fashion.

Yours digitally,
Pedro
