Dear Shaded Viewers,
At Paris’s historic Max Linder Panorama cinema, 3.PARADIS transformed its Spring-Summer 2027 presentation into something far more ambitious than a traditional runway show. Titled PEACEMAKERS, the collection unfolded as a cinematic experience, beginning with the screening of a fictional documentary set in the 1980s before seamlessly transitioning into the runway itself.
The film, structured as an investigation into the sudden end of a global conflict, introduced viewers to the enigmatic “Peacemakers”, a shadowy collective rumored to have influenced the course of history. As the credits faded, the narrative spilled into reality. Models stepped onto the runway as if emerging directly from the story, extending the fictional universe into a tangible vision of the future.
This season, designer Emeric Tchatchoua approached peace not as a distant aspiration but as a collective practice. The collection imagined the wardrobe of individuals dedicated to dialogue, cooperation, and shared responsibility. Tailoring played a central role, appearing alongside relaxed silhouettes, lightweight outerwear, and symbolic details that reinforced the show’s central message.
The opening look immediately established the collection’s eclectic spirit. A red tartan trouser introduced a subtle Scottish reference, while a boldly colored motorcycle jacket in green, yellow, and red invited multiple readings. Whether interpreted through the lens of motorsport culture, Caribbean influences, or simply as an exercise in striking color contrasts, the combination reflected the designer’s willingness to blend diverse visual languages into a coherent whole.

Elsewhere, the collection returned to familiar 3.PARADIS signatures. A black jacket embellished with the house’s iconic white doves was paired with fluid trousers and a red printed shirt, reaffirming a symbol that has become synonymous with the brand’s message of hope and unity. Throughout the collection, the dove motif appeared alongside ornamental and graphic prints that added depth and movement to the relaxed silhouettes.
Prints emerged as one of the season’s defining elements. Particularly memorable was a double-breasted suit entirely covered in a vivid green-and-blue pattern, demonstrating how decoration could coexist with the collection’s otherwise effortless attitude. Across tailoring, shirts, and outerwear, these motifs injected energy while reinforcing the narrative dimension of the show.

More than a fashion presentation, PEACEMAKERS functioned as a reflection on the contemporary world. At a time when geopolitical tensions continue to dominate headlines, 3.PARADIS proposed an alternative vision, one in which peace requires organization, imagination, and participation.
By collapsing the boundaries between cinema, mythology, and clothing, the brand delivered a collection that was both visually compelling and conceptually resonant, leaving audiences with a question that lingered long after the final look: if societies have learned to organize conflict, could they also learn to organize peace?
Lately,
Eva
