Prototypes is a Zurich based fashion design duo – Laura Beham and Callum Pidgeon. They met while working for Demna’s Vetements in Zurich. They launched their first collection in October 2021. The cliche “One person’s trash is another person’s treasure” comes to mind. Isn’t that what upcycling is about anyway…they take dead stock or existing garments cut them up and make them their own. Their re-purposed and up-cycled looks propose an individual way of presenting oneself . Re-purposed looks include de-commissioned police uniforms, cut up wrestling suits, signature silicone spiked accessories, fluffy bunny blanket lining and much more.
