New wave Caribbean spirit at BOTTER PFW F/W 23/24 by Leticia Dare

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Inspired by the emerald, turquoise Caribbean Sea, Botter’s signature blue took centerstage this season, paired back with more earthy tones to reflect a winter version of the brand’s colourful palette. Suiting shapes were oversized with a utilitarian twist creating a silhouette of casual elegance. Caribbean culture and spirit were also further emphasized with tropical fish motifs and playful dresses with bikini’s knitted into them. Botter also collaborated with Reebok to create a concept 3D printed sneaker taking its unusual shape from the Murex seashell used by the Greek Goddess Venus to comb her hair. The result was innovative and truly a work of art.

Leticia
