The private members club EPl in Saint-Tropez is the site of the first Thom Browne retail space in France. The architect Flavio Albanese of ASA Studioalbanese designed the space located at 1128 Route de L’Epi, 83350 Ramatuelle along the beach.
The interior is inspired by resort with Thom Browne’s signature Venetian blind-covered windows. The shop mimics the Miami flagship but in EPI’s wellness and sport inspired retreat. Signature red, white and blue subway tiles form a stripe connecting the resort to a private sitting area for store guests. On offer are signature Thom Browne’s ready-to-wear, tailoring and accessories alongside a limited-edition EPI collection.
The shop is by appointment only.
In 2001 Thom Browne began his business with five suits in a small “by appointment” shop in the West Village in New York. His business expanded to a ready-to-wear and accessory collection for both men in (2003) and women in (2011).
Thom Browne’s theatrical catwalks are a highlight of the Paris Fashion Week.
