Laura smiles and you see her eyes light up when she specifically explains her love of gemstones. To reveal new stones in her work and to convey their significance is something she dearly enjoys. Her favourite stone that she wants to introduce one day is the Alexandrite, she launches into a discussion about the natural shade changes the stone goes through from purplish-red rippling to blue and green.
