Juana Martín presents her FW25 Couture Collection inspired by Andalusian Heritage

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Juana Martín, the only Spanish woman ever invited to the official Haute Couture calendar, draws inspiration from Andalusian religious tradition for her seventh couture show.

The collection, entitled Fervor, is a tribute to the Semana Santa processions. Solemn, silent, and sacred. Black ruán, the fabric worn by nazarenos, sets the tone. Tall silhouettes recall their pointed hoods and long robes.

The adornments of Virgins and Christs inspire rich textures, metallic accents, and bold jewelry. The palette remains black and white. The mood: reverent. This season, Juana brings devotion to the runway.

On the same morning, it was announced that Juana Martín has been awarded the 2025 National Fashion Design Prize in Spain. Felicidades Juana.
