Y/Project x Canada Goose Exclusively at LECLAIREUR Paris – Text by Ivo Barraza Castaneda.

The collaborative collection of Y/Project x Canada Goose will be sold in France exclusively at emblematic retailer  LECLAIREUR.

A couple of days ago, Y/Project and Canada Goose announced the launch of the campaign for their collaboration.  featuring black and white photos shot by photographer Arnaud Lajeunie and styled by Robbie Spencer. The collection is composed of down-jackets, reversible beanies and sweatshirts. In france, LECLAIREUR announced the exclusive to sell the collab in their Paris designer store at 40 rue de Sévigné in Le Marais, 3rd district of Paris.

LECLAIREUR is one of the most amazing shopping destinations for fashion in Paris. Not only the design of the store is a unique visual experience and their brand mix, a recipe to do fashion right, but the store has played a fundamental role in fashion since it was founded in 1980 by Martine and Armand Hadida. They were the very first ones to show the work of Ann Demeulemeester, Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garçons, Junya Watanabe, Martin Margiela and many of the now-genius artists and designers of our generation.

The Y/Project x Canada Goose collaboration is also available online at leclaireur.com and the store is offering the opportunity for costumers to pick up the order in store or to book exclusive private shopping appointments, which it’s an amazing solution to deal with the CO-VID19 lockdown rules in Paris.

Ivo Barraza Castaneda

Hello, my name is Ivo. My three favorite things in life are: Thinking deeply about visual creation. I like having long discussions of ideas that might reinvent the course of history. And finally, spending time with the people I love. Since I was a child, I was always involved in some activity around plastic arts, music and literature. That’s how I learned to sew by hand at the age of five, which later led me to focus on my main professional media: Fashion Design.
