FASHIONPHILOSOPHY FASHION WEEK POLAND FW 15/16 – ODIO i Jakub Pieczarkowski – PHOTOS BY MIKE PASARELLA

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Opting for a presentation format -instead of the usual runway show- ODIO i Jakub Pieczarkowski allowed their audience and fans to get a closer look, emphasizing the striking craftsmanship behind this last collection. Experimental and sportswear-inspired shapes -which were loaded with various meanings and forms of embellishment- formed the core of the collection, which was definitely not for the faint-hearted. What makes the brand deeply unique is its peculiar use of iconography and sense of ease, as well as its substantial fabrics and generous cuts, which are often unisex. Looking like a little army of orbital clubbers, the models stood still while guests scrutizined every detail of what they wore, evoking the performative power of fashion in the making.

Best,

Philippe
