Launch of Yohji Yamamoto eyewear collection.

Dear Diane, dear shaded viewers,

Couldn't help thinking that you might want to have a sneak-peak on the future Yamamoto eyewear collection.

I remember my friend Micahel Jardine from Mondottica telling me about the brieffing he got from Yamamoto to create the collection: "Dramatic, avant garde and/or intelligent". 

I think he's suceeded with this bold, misterious, retro-futuristic and smart aproach to the timeless and profound spirit of the japanese master… who's quote on blackness I'm sure you'll enjoy, Diane:  

"Black is modern and arrogant at the same time. Black is easy and lazy- but mysterious".
