As you probably know, She Said She Said won the best acting award at ASVOFF 6 at Centre Pompidou and has been screened when ever ASVOFF travels. Stuart is a writer and a director, he won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for "The Kids Are All Right" that he co-wrote with its director, Lisa Cholodenko. He went on to direct "Thanks for Sharing" starring Mark Ruffalo, Tim Robbins, Gwyneth Paltrow, Pink…He has a Production Company with Edward Norton which has produced films including a documentary "By the People: The Election of Barack Obama" other films that they believed in. He has also acted in 7 films including being a car salesman in Fight Club.
I've watched She Said She Said so many times and it never disappoints me. Thought you would enjoy getting to know the director a little better.
