NYC nightlife impresario and performance artist Muffinhead today launches his first line of hyper-pop fashion apparel decoratives appropriately titled, "TKO Accessories / Round1" (The TKO an abbreviation of a "technical knockout" in boxing jargon).
The artist, whose image went viral while captured sitting in full decorum on an New York subway in 2012 said regarding the collection: "I feel that the public requires something radical to pair with their everyday apparel and that's what I'm all about. To wear any of my designs requires empowerment and daring; I enjoy getting a response for my look and I want to share that sensation with the rest of the world…"
Including a modern art-nouveau gold mirror set of dragon earrings, a Kapow! double-knuckled logo ring plate from his infamous subway outfit and a silk tie designed in the shape of a lighting bolt, the collection- like the artist – is sharp, striking and very, very loud. Technically speaking, it's a knockout.
