Dear Shaded Viewers,

Last night Catherine Baba hosted a lovely dinner for Patrick McDonald at the home of Martin Grant. It was an intimate dinner for 20+ people with a great service by a set of twins. Catherine spent the day cooking and it was delicious. She cooks like she dresses there were lots of surprises like pears, chestnuts and prunes.

I left rather early, before the desert, knowing it was a Saturday night in Paris and chances of getting a taxi home could be slim if I stayed till then.
