Julia Muggenburg is the force behind the precious cuffs, pins or rings and glimmering beauty balms, soon to be released GLOW or infer red lip gloss. She opened her shop/gallery space across from Claridges and down the street from the Gagosian Gallery, a little over one year ago in London.
