Katarzyna Krakowiak The Polish Pavillion 'Making the Walls Quake as if they were dilating with the secret knowledge of great powers.'

Dear Shaded Viewers,

After many disappointing Pavillions, we entered the Polish Pavilion and were awe struck. This is what we'd been looking for as far as stimulation and inspiration. The Exhibition Curator: Michal Libera, sound design : Ralf Meinz and Room Acoustics: Andrzej Klosak, BRAVO, sorry there is no sound for you here but it was monumental.

We were in total agreement. We only saw 60% of the pavillion's so for sure some gems were missed. Second on our list was the Austrian Pavilion.

The entrance to the Austrian Pavilion was a bit like the water taxi that takes us to the Hotel at night, you have to bend in half to get through it. Not sure what the point of that was but loved the interior.
