I am in Vienna for University of Applied Arts Vienna's SHOW ANGEWANDTE 12 and University for Art and Industrial Design Linz in co-operation with the Fashion School of the City of Vienna's BA/FASHION 2012.
Bernhard Willhelm is head of fashion department for ANGEWANDTE and Ute Ploier for the other.
I have been following SHOW ANGEWANDTE since 2007 and it has been a great oppotunity to see how the work of the younger generation evolves.
It is my first time to see the BA/FASHION show of University for Art and Industrial Design Linz in co-operation with the Fashion School of the City of Vienna.
I met Ute Ploier in 2003 before she launched her label.
She is one of a few independent labels that is doing well in the international market.
I admire the fact that she stays focused on her work.
BA/FASHION 2012 is tomorrow, SHOW ANGEWANDTE 12 will be on wednesday evening.
