Dear Diane, dear shaded viewers,
I met Alberto Incanuti, the designer of aimo.richly a few days ago, over a cup of a tea we talked about his projects and his path , and I think his creations reflect his character.
The knitwear collection expresses a need for authenticity, born from the idea that clothing can merge with the personality of the wearer. Shapes are pure, clean, timeless archetypes , in contrast with the materials that are treated, customized, and the proportions distorted. The imperfection becomes art, poetry, time signs give an added valor, without fear to discover what lies behind, and without following the vortex of change , instead following the energy of change generated from the bodies that wear the clothing. A celebral collection, where the direct contact with the matter is fundamental , and where the silhouettes are defined by the body gesture.
