Tim Walker told the most amazing story about his trip to Papua New Guinea with Lekeliene Stange. He told the best story about the Bird of Paradise, a black crow-like bird that builds his house with only bits of pink things. Tim said that this was a real turning point for him in understanding fashion photography. Many people think of fashion as frivolous, in fact it is a natural instinct. He also talked about the bird that mimicked any sound he heard and another male bird that was a natural architect. The male birds construct their homes to attract the female. He said great things about one of my favorite models, Lekeliene Stange and how great she was to work with and how good she looks as a blond.
