London Fashion Week Day 3

Dear Shaded Viewers,

All of the TopShop sponsored shows are in the middle of Holland Park and lucky for me that I ran into some friends when I got out of the tube so we could figure it out together. These two posters are everywhere.
Anne Sophie Back always starts with the finale.
Klaus Schmidt & Hector Castro Penny Martin and Laura Bradley from SHOWstudio
Bernstock Speirs and their hats made with dish towels
above are images from the Christopher Kane collection. It easy to understand why Donatella Versace hired Christopher as a consultant soon after he graduated from Central Saint Martins. In fact she offered him more than a consultancy but he choose to take things slowly. Before his show volumes of shoes arrived from Versace with a big bouquet and well wishes. I met with Christopher the following day at his stand at LFW and he was as sweet as he is talented.

The plan was to go back to Robb’s place and file some images for you but we got hijacked by Hector Castro and Klaus Schmidt and found ourselves at an internet cafe back where the day started in HOlland park for the Marios Schwab show where Klaus has done the prints. He is an illustrator and a print maker.

After the show the BFC was throwing a party for us back at my hotel, it was the only party that I attended. We dropped off our heavy bags in my room and then went down to join the crowd.
RObb Young and Amechi Ihenacho, fashion editor from FLUX, he told me about the party on tonight where the theme is 20’s and 30’s, Rafael had told me about it earlier, sounds great but my bed was calling.
