These neglected mannequins greeted visitors to Tokyo’s new Maison Margiela which was unveiled on Friday February 3rd. It was a bitterly cold night, but attendees were warmed by a vast quantity of sake served in masu (box-like wooden cups) by dishy waiters and labcoat-clad staff.
