Niels and ANuschka have their office in the Oostendokskade building which is a space packed with creative enterprises and the Food Facility that interested Oriol, MODAFAD, is on the ground floor. An interesting concept where you make a reservation to come to eat and then you order in form 5 different restos. The server unwraps your food and serves it. Unfortunately it was closed when we were there. What I don’t really understand about the concept is this; if you want to order in then you don’t feel like leaving your place so why would you make a reservation to go somewhere to have the possibility to order in and have someone remove the packing, I know it is more of an art concept than a resto, or so it seems. Makes sense for those in the building as the place is so hard to find that the take out deliveries can hardly find it and when they do the place is locked and you cannot even enter.
