I was introduced to a woman that is supposed to be the best portrait writer at Italian Vogue and she told me to look at the shoes of Martin Parr, they were sandals, she said that he wears them all year round and that there is only one other person that does the same with the same shoes, Lars Van Trier. I don’t find wearing sandals in the winter shocking but I enjoyed the little tidbit.
