New Work from Yanieb Fabre

Yanieb Fabre was born in Mexico 1983 and graduated from the Master of Arts UAEM, she is a multidisciplinary artist, her work is related to scenery, desire and gesture between the irrational and the rational and relates to her aesthetic experiences. One of her shows was an exhibition "ego was on my side" in 2009. 

She currently lives and works in Cuernavaca.

In 'A Performance of the People' Clayton Pettet along with Dorothy Fisher and Vincent Marquis examine the relationship between Pettet's work and the themes of gender, sexuality, art education and the reception of contemporary art. The audience is asked to contribute and participate in an exchange of ideas toward a new understanding of Pettet's work and its implications.

Painted BLACK Act III marked the final installment of a three-part series of interactive concerts celebrating the creative influence of the color black and featuring artists like Twin Shadow, Klangkarussel and Ryan Hemsworth. The man behind its aesthetic and visuals is designer, calligrapher and creative director Aerosyn-Lex Mestrovic, whose previous collaborators include the likes of Jeff Koons and Kanye West.
