Brazilian artist Samuel de Saboia did a month long residence at 35/37 Paris, it ended November 21 but you can still enjoy the work today. The 24 year old artist’s inner world is an ode to innocence, spirituality and essentially a celebration of life. Colours, textures and shapes form a part of a continuous narrative linked to his personal experiences, his accomplishments and the difficulties that he faced being queer and Afro-Indigenous. He expresses himself through multimedia using painting, writing, music, film all feed into his work and how he has constructed his life.
