Dear Shaded Viewers,
For Spring/Summer 2027, Meta Campania Collective looks to the Normandy coastline. Titled Mohn, the collection draws from Creative Director Jon Strassburg’s family history, translating the region’s open skies, shifting light, and quiet landscape into a wardrobe that feels relaxed, personal, and easy to wear.
Menswear and womenswear share the same visual language. Soft tailoring, washed workwear, fluid outerwear, and generous proportions create silhouettes that move naturally with the body. Utility remains present throughout the collection, though it appears lighter and less rigid, accompanied by airy dresses, sculptural skirts, feather details, and pieces that invite movement rather than restriction.
The color palette follows the landscape itself. Chalk white, stone, sand, faded blues, and pale green recall the Normandy coast, while flashes of red poppies punctuate the collection. Garment-dyed silks, silk jacquards, washed cotton, supple leather, and lightweight knitwear reinforce the sense of softness, with signature biker jackets taking on a more relaxed character.
Photographed by Stanislas Motz-Neidhart along the beaches and cliffs of Normandy, Mohn reflects Meta Campania Collective’s ongoing interest in clothing shaped by everyday life. The collection feels effortless without appearing casual, offering a wardrobe that leaves room for individuality rather than prescribing how it should be worn.
Yours digitally,
Pedro
