Founded in September 2023 by Louis Appelmans, Hotel Louis reimagines the traditional silk scarf as a modern, artistic piece, combining innovation with artisanal expertise. The brand draws its identity from the concept of an imaginary hotel, with each creation telling a unique story. The 100 x 100 cm silk scarf is made in Italy and depicts a hotel room with its iconic view of Brussels. With the creation of each new scarf a new room is created. The scarves can be combined via an innovative buttoning system. The hand-illustrated, by Louis Appelmans, scarves come in three sizes all with the discreet buttoning system which is inspired by classic shirts, allowing easy assembly. The pieces can be assembled as a total look or as fashion accessories.
