PascALEjandro is  the result of the close collaboration between Alejandro Jodorowsky (line) and Pascale Montandon-Jodorowsky (color). Below they explain the collaboration, I had the opportunity to be present at the gallery:

In addition to their art together Alejandro Jodorowsky has been a very busy 95 year old.

I love this piece in collider magazine about Alejandro:

Alejandro Jodorowsky is one of cinema’s most legendary, noteworthy, and controversial cult directors. While other figures occupying the same kind of space have dabbled in making somewhat conventional movies (like David Lynch with The Straight Story and The Elephant Man, or John Waters with Serial Mom), Jodorowsky is defined by his unwillingness to censor himself or tone down his eccentricities. He makes strange movies that are sometimes very good, and always, at the very least, interesting.

Dance of Reality: The first film in 23 years from Chilean auteur Alejandro Jodorowsky has been picked up by ABKCO Films, which distributed his El Topo and The Holy Mountain in 2007 and will release the autobiographical Dance Of Reality theatrically in NY and LA on May 23. Dance of Reality, shot in Jodorowsky’s desert hometown of Tocopilla, blends the filmmaker’s recollections of childhood with metaphor and his signature surrealist style. Pic premiered at Cannes in the Director’s Fortnight sidebar and made its stateside debut at SXSW in March with Jodorowsky present. Again I had the great pleasure of being present in Cannes a few years ago when it premiered at Cannes in the Director’s Fortnight.

I love this article about Dune the film that never got made but still became a classic: https://english.elpais.com/culture/2024-02-29/a-version-of-dune-by-jodorowsky-one-of-the-most-influential-films-in-the-history-of-cinema-that-was-never-made.html#

A visit years ago to his home. I even had a 3 card Tarot reading.
