Last night, YouPorn hosted a party at the tiny, but raucous, nightclub at the Roxy Hotel in New York City, Paul’s Baby Grand.
The title of the party was called Zola & Friends, and the invite was in hot pink, emblazoned with the YouPorn logo, and three key attendees: Julia Fox, Leah McSweeney and Richie Shazam.
Many more attended, the place was packed. Writers were in attendance, including Cat Marnell and Rachel Rabbit White, and models Dominique Silver and Miss J. Alexander. Of course, porn stars came, too. Small Hands and his spouse Joanna Angel stopped by the party, too, as well as Brynn Michaels. And party photographer Cobrasnake–who recently released a retrospective photo book–was there, shooting away.
It wasn’t all music and dancing, but spoken word. Julia Fox, Leah McSweeney Zola and Richie Shazam all did readings for the audience from the venue’s intimate couches. Each first-person story were like diaristic, erotic musings. (Fox wore a dress by Kasia Kucharska).
Fox’s story read, in part: “I took off my top and began dancing in the middle of the room. The wife sat on the plush red couch, and the husband sat on the black across from her. I undressed in the middle of the room until I was in nothing but my 8-inch heels. I leaned against the wife and began giving her a dance. Slowly and as sensual as I could. I wanted to make her feel the same way her gaze had made me feel on stage.”
