A chat with Eli Russell Linnetz, founder of the brand ERL

Dior’s Kim Jones taps Eli Russell Linnetz, the founder of ERL, to guest design a spring capsule collection which will be unveiled in Venice Beach today. Linnetz debuted his menswear collection at the Dover Street Market showroom last year. A chat with the designer is in the video link above. When I spoke with him he had expanded to include children’s and womenswear. Linnetz is one of the eight finalists for the LVMH Prize which will be unveiled on June 2nd. Jones is a member of the jury.
