Welcome to the underground club of the early 1930s with Erdem. Reworked flapper dresses, full length jeweled gloves, fringing and sheer mixed with sequins floated down the dark spotlit runway. Rich silks in floral prints and floral inspired 3D sculptural shapes within a dress and coat were stand out pieces. As well as a beautifully tailored coats and suiting in orange and lemon. As we are on the brink of a possible new world war the collection inspiration could not be better timed, or more significant. The perfect escape to the looming reality.
