I’ve been a fan of Issey Miyake for more than three decades…this HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE collection premiered its AUTUMN WINTER 2021/22 collection, Never Change, Ever Change online on Thursday, January 21. The brand has always been known for its experimentation with new technology infused into classic, comfortable and always packable silhouettes as well as their joyful presentations.
A/W series include:
Solid Pleats made out of 100% recycled polyester.
Basket: The print series features hand drawn African inspired baskets.
Tailored Pleats: Signature looks in pleated jersey fabric.
Tweed Pleats: The fabric is woven with yarn-dyed polyester threads, warm like wool but lighter in weight and of course…wrinkle resistant.
Press Coat: A focus on the construction of the sleeve which has an elbow tucked inward and then pressed.
PE Deck Shoes-Hl: This is a third in a series with WAKOUWA and comes in two colours.
