First fashion show of ‘Over fifty et alors?’ by Nathalie Garcon

Dear Shaded Viewers,

In 2008 Ari Seth Cohen started his celebrated blog “Advanced Style” and has written two books Advanced Style and Advanced Love in which he celebrates women and men over 60. Today I attended a fashion show in Paris “Over fifty et alors?” it was the initiative of Nathalie Garcon and celebrated strong beautiful women from diverse backgrounds including: models, Rebecca Ayoko modeled for me in NYC and I ran into her in Palais Royal last night along with Sylvie Gobbel, Chantal Ladesou, Renata Zatsch and Stevan Develde and that is how Marco de Rivera and I ended up at the show. In addition to models there were actresses, opera singers, performers, journalists, press agents,   all looking great and enjoying their lives. The audience was cheering them all on and it was high energy to say the least. Here are a few images from the show which ended with a live band walking down the red carpet. I live streamed it but I forgot to push save.

If you want to follow their journey: Over fifty et alors on FB (where I am still blocked for a month for posting beautiful images of a tribe in Sudan….) or #overfiftyetalors on instagram
