ORLAN at Art Paris represented by Galerie Ceysson & Benetiere

Dear Shaded Viewers,

There are two exciting new ‘Picassoesque’ art works by ORLAN. The artist uses her body as the basis for her work and in the two new pieces created especially for Art Paris she uses her tongue, eyes, teeth and hair as strong elements in the work.

Along with her newest artworks you can see ORLAN’s iconic  beginnings where she was wrapped in sheets and did a performance in Venice which Marco de Rivera happened to have seen. ORLAN was draped in sheets like a Saint dropping them as she walked until she was nude and disappeared in the night air:  http://www.orlan.eu/portfolio/5219/
