Dear Shaded Viewers,
This season Dr. Pam Hogg presents her new ‘fabulon’ print, her first in years. Hogg learned illustrator basics and designed in 2 days working throught the nights with the door open to the sea air and the sound of the waves in Hastings..at the flat of a friend. It was an old deco ship like building inside a huge screen for Dr. Hogg to work on. She took a train down to the coast 2 weeks prior to her show to do it. The Glasgow School of Art printed the textile for her and she received it 5 days before her show…only Dr. Hogg can work under these intense conditions…
