Galerie de La Cle presents Philippe Morillon “Au Palace ce soir” opening December 7 till January 13 th.

Dear Shaded Viewers,

The Galerie de la Cle presents a series of photos by Philippe Morillon that document Paris in the  “70’s and 80’s” Along with being a photographer Morillon is also a graphic designer and illustrator. He created the logo and poster for Le Palace on rue Montmartre. Everyone went to Le Palace at that period, young, famous or not rich or poor bourgeois or punk, actors , singers, intellectuals, politicians. If you had the right look and attitude…you were welcome. My friend, RIP, Edwige Belmore used to be at the door. If you want to experience Paris in the  70’s – 80’s these archival images are for you.

December 7 to January 13th  “Au Palace ce soir” curated by  Romain Battaglia at Galerie de La Cle – 23 rue Michel le Comte 75003, Paris.
