Today the British Fashion Council made the announcement that Gucci's Creative Director, Alessandro Michele, has been recognized for his remarkable achievments since taking the reins as Creative Director of Gucci in January 2015. Gucci currently ranks No. 2 in the global luxury goods market. He had been brought into the Gucci fold by Tom Ford back in 2002.
