a.KNACKFUSS FALL WINTER 15/16 – TEXT BY PHILIPPE POURHASHEMI

Dear Shaded Viewers,

For her Paris debut, Brussels-based designer Alice Knackfuss presented a fresh and inspiring show, combining the energy of sportswear with the refinement of tailoring. Inspired by popular culture and the countless symbols surrounding us, Knackfuss mixed noble materials with man-made fabrics, focusing on the needs of an urban and stylish girl. Her neoprene dresses caught the eye, as well as her pleated transparent pants and roomy military-inspired parkas. With her playful styling, sharp cuts and strong sense of color, she's definitely a new name to watch. Her collection can be viewed at No Season showroom on 8 bis rue de Braque, 75003 Paris.

Best,

Philippe
