Imagine having James Brown instruct you in your first dance lesson and then George Harrison giving you your first guitar, that is the real life story of Adan Jodorowsky, musician, composer, actor and director. Although Adan does not want to be thought of as the son of Alejandro Jodorowsky, he loves his father, and his father taught him to be himself and not a copy of his father. Adan has paved his own way both in music, acting and more recently directing.
His own words for Everloving, his new album which will be released tomorrow:
“I wanted something sweaty and gross. I wanted to feel the drugs on this album. I’m not a drug addict at all but I wanted people to feel that same kind of high in the music.”
“I want to give hope with this record,” Adanowsky says. “I want people to have fun listening to it. I want you to wake up in the morning and put this record on, or put it on in their car, and dance and feel the power!”
