CHRISTOPHE LEMAIRE FALL WINTER 2014/15 – TEXT BY PHILIPPE POURHASHEMI Photos by GORUNWAY.COM

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Sleek, serene and powerful are some of the words that could best describe Christophe Lemaire's new collection, which was shown at Maison de la Radio this morning. Focusing on stylish and unfussy separates -which every woman secretly wants to own- Lemaire keeps honing his sensual and elegant silhouette, hovering between the utilitarian and the sophisticated. His simple pieces were the best, from a soft sweater dress gently caressing the body to a striking peacoat in oversized denim. The French designer avoids unnecessary effects to produce essential and beautiful clothes, which are guaranteed to stand the test of time. It was a strong outing with plenty of desirable looks.

Best,

Philippe
