Dear Shaded Viewers,
There are going to be many parts to this post. I'm still on a cloud with the memory of my Tokyo Dom Perignon experience. I have to say after you enjoy vintage Dom Perignon, there is no way you even consider another brand of champagne. The evening started with Dom Perignon Vintage 2004. Here are a few images from the cocktail that preceeded the mini screening and the 4 course customized 'A Shaded View on Food' dinner created by TAKAZAWA. Each course had its own vintage and I, who almost never drinks, happily enjoyed one glass per course and I definitely was not alone in my pleasure.
