“EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINK” COCHRANE AND COCHRANE

DIRECTOR'S NAME: COCHRANE & COCHRANE / PRODUCTION COMPANY: COCHRANE & COCHRANE / COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: LONDON, ENGLAND / DURATION: 5'31 / MUSIC: MICHAEL DOW / CAST: HANNAH COLLESS, MELANY ROSE, FLORA KEATING AND LILY KINNEAR GRIFFITHS / DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY: HOLLY COCHRANE / ARTISTIC DIRECTOR: LOREN FILIS / STYLIST: LU FLUX / HAIR: MARY CUFFE / MAKE-UP: MARY CUFFE

SHORT FILM SYNOPSIS:
Four young women come together in series of stylized domestic tableus for an inventive take on 1940’s fashion tutorials. Like the clothes they wear, the girls embody both modern and traditional feminity and in the same way Lu Flux creates the contempory from the classic, the films use of ‘found footage’ and audio bridges the decades between two eras.

SHORT DIRECTOR BIO:
Cochrane & Cochrane are a London based filmmaking duo that formed after freelance focus puller, Holly Cochrane and freelance writer, Juliet Cochrane discovered they had the same name. They work collaboratively with other creatives making non-profit films (currently!). This is their third film together and their first fashion promo.
