When I travel abroad, I'm always on the lookout for quirky and unusual stores. I discovered Dekadence Lounge by coincidence, one of Latvia's most original stores. With a selection of strong labels -including Damir Doma, Vivienne Westwood and Maison Martin Margiela- Dekadence Lounge combines a cozy bar with a designer floor upstairs. You can relax there in the evening and watch some bands play live. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A freelance fashion writer, consultant and stylist, Philippe Pourhashemi was born in Tehran in 1976. He grew up in Paris, before moving to Scotland to study Foreign Languages. His passions are fashion and culture, as well as music and film.
