JT LEROY ON SMASH!! As reported to me: "on last nights episode, two
young composers pitch their rock musical to a famous theatre director.
He responds, 'So it's A Star Is Born meets Hamlet meets Romeo and
Juliet.' And they add, 'And Moulin Rouge, Gaga, JT Leroy.' "It feels
quite current…." sez the bigwig after hearing the proposal that
references JT…. So JT is now an inside reference on network TV!
