Each issue of Hostem's publication is named after a different man and given a different identity. His predecessor was the more delicate Sebastian, the two are not to be mistaken as allies.
Hector is an erudite activist concerned with politics, humanities and parity. The publication is made to look like a radical newspaper. The documentation of the French presidential campaign is by artist Pascal Fellonneau.
